Foundations
Abisai Ndeunjema joins the Lithon Industrial Engineering Division as a Sub-Consultant.
2018
Insight & opportunity
Closure of the division and collaboration with NALAO highlight the need for digital performance management systems within local authorities.
2019
LOTS is born
LOTS is founded as a Lithon Holdings subsidiary and secures a turnkey Performance Management System for 1 300 TransNamib employees.
2020
Independent & product-focused
LOTS becomes an independent entity, develops PMS v1.1.3 and introduces the Unicomms brand.
2021
Web-based deployment & transformation
Web-based Unicomms PMS is deployed and a three-year Performance & Transformation contract with Dinapama is awarded.
2022
Scaling across authorities
Unicomms PMS is implemented across local authorities and the ECB, introducing version 1.2.5 for stronger feedback and project management.
